TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are issued by ICALLME JOINT STOCK COMPANY ("iCallme", "we", "our", or "us"), and apply to users, including but not limited to individuals, organizations, or businesses, who install and use the iCallme Application (hereinafter collectively referred to as "User" or "you").
By installing, accessing, or using the iCallme Application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application and delete it from your mobile device.

1. About the iCallme Application

The iCallme - Scam Call Blocker Application (hereinafter referred to as "the iCallme Application" or "the Application") is an application and platform that operates on mobile devices and mobile phones. In addition to functioning as a regular call and messaging application, the iCallme Application also includes features to identify the level of fraud/nuisance/safety of incoming phone numbers and to proactively block unwanted calls at your discretion.

2. Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By using the Application, you agree to the collection, use, sharing, and processing of your personal data for the purpose of providing the Services and features on the iCallme Application, as specifically detailed in our Privacy Policy for your region.

3. License to use the iCallme Application

iCallme grants you a limited, non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the iCallme Application. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, modify, or create derivative works of the iCallme Application or any of its components. All rights granted to you under these Terms may be revoked by iCallme at its sole discretion under any circumstances.

4. User Obligations

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the iCallme Application. You are prohibited from using the Application for any illegal purpose or in any way that may negatively affect iCallme, other Users, or any third party. You must ensure that all information you provide to iCallme is truthful, accurate, and does not violate any laws or the rights of any third party. iCallme reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Application and take necessary legal action if a violation is found.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

iCallme retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the iCallme Application and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and database rights. The license granted to you in these Terms does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

6. Third-Party Terms

The iCallme Application may contain links to content provided by third parties. These third parties may have their own terms of service, and iCallme is not responsible for their compliance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the iCallme Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that iCallme does not guarantee that the Application's features, quality, or performance will meet your specific needs. iCallme shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or inability to use the Application. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Application is to uninstall it and cease all use.

8. Subscription Fees and Automatic Renewal

Fees apply to the iCallme PREMIUM version depending on the service packages you subscribe to. The prices listed on the Application are the final prices and are non-refundable, except as required by law. Subscriptions will automatically renew for subsequent periods unless you cancel the renewal before the expiration date. iCallme will notify you of any changes to the subscription policy or benefits before they take effect.

9. Call Recording

Some features of the Application may allow you to record calls. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal and state laws regarding the recording of telephone conversations. In some jurisdictions, such as California, Florida, and Pennsylvania, all parties to a conversation must consent to the recording. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that iCallme assumes no liability for your compliance with these laws.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Sweden.
