If a stranger calls me, does the app show their name?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with Android, the app will identify and display caller information with colors to distinguish the safety level, full screen red if the caller is a scammer/troublemaker. With IOS, due to the operating system policy, the screen will display the name and red warning icon for scammers and troublemakers.

Can I look up information on any phone number?

You can search for any phone number at our "Search" tab and enter the phone number you want to find.
Information about the phone number owner's name will be recognized and displayed by the app.

How can I block an incoming call?

You can conveniently block an incoming call in 3 ways:
1. Block as soon as the call ends
2. Select the number to block in call history -> perform blocking action
3. Enter any phone number to block on the blocking screen

Why do I still receive calls from unknown numbers even though I have installed the app?

When you receive a call from an unknown number, there can be two cases:
1. Connection is unstable.
2. At the time the call occurred, the caller information was not yet in the database.

Can I delete my account from this app?

Accepted Answer

You can now delete your account by:
- Visit Website: icallme.vn
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Delete account"
- Enter phone number and click Verify
- Enter the received code and click "Continue".
